About these terms

These terms cover your use of this website and the free consult booking. By using the site or booking a consult, you agree to them. Paid coaching is also covered by the Participant Agreement.

1. Coaching, not therapy or professional advice

Reset Coaching offers coaching. It is not therapy or medical care. Nothing on this site or in a session is medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or tax advice. John Blanche does not diagnose or treat any condition. For those needs, please see a licensed professional.

Coaching conversations are confidential under our Participant Agreement, but they are not legally privileged the way conversations with a therapist or a lawyer can be.

2. Adults only

Reset Coaching works only with adults 18 and older. Please don’t book or submit forms if you are under 18.

3. In a crisis

Coaching is not crisis care. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself or someone else, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), call 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.

4. Remote only

All sessions, including the free consult, happen by video or phone. We do not meet participants in person.

5. No guaranteed results

Coaching can help you make changes, but results depend on many things, including your own choices and effort. We do not promise any particular outcome.

6. Booking and payment

You can book a free 25-minute consult through Google’s scheduling page. The consult is free and there is no obligation. Paid coaching starts only after a consult, a completed intake, and your agreement to the Participant Agreement. You sign before you pay. Payment is handled through a secure link we send you, never through this website.

7. Self-reflection questionnaire

The self-reflection questionnaire (part of the program, in the intake paperwork after your free consult) runs in your browser. When you finish, you see your total. With your consent, only that total is sent to John with your intake; your answers to each statement are never sent. It is a self-reflection tool, not a psychological evaluation or a diagnosis.

8. Website content

The content on this site is general information about Reset Coaching. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but it is provided “as is” and may change without notice. Please don’t copy or reuse the site’s text, logo, or images without permission.

9. Other websites

This site links to services run by others, such as Google (booking and video) and Stripe (payments). Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

10. Privacy

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy & Records Notice.

11. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent Pennsylvania law allows, John Blanche, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Liability for coaching services is covered by the Participant Agreement.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Disputes will be heard in courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, unless the law requires otherwise.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
